Terms of Service

Welcome to Pro-Lab Web Hosting ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web hosting services, client panel, and server infrastructure.

By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

1. Account Registration and Security

To use our hosting services, you must register for a client account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account passwords, security PINs, and SSH keys.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our server infrastructure is provided for legal website hosting and development. You agree not to use the services to:

  • Publish, store, or distribute illegal content, copyrighted materials without permission, or malicious software.
  • Engage in unauthorized network penetration testing, scanning, or DDoS attacks against any servers.
  • Run crypto mining scripts, CPU-heavy daemon tasks, or background processes that degrade performance for other tenants.
  • Send unsolicited email (spam) or run mailing list systems that risk blacklisting our server IP ranges.

3. Storage Quotas and System Quotas

Each client account is provisioned with a strict 1.00 GB SSD storage quota. Exceeding this quota will prevent further file uploads and database writes. Automated daemon scripts regularly scan the system to ensure multi-tenant resource isolation. If your site resource usage (CPU/RAM) exceeds reasonable limits, your PHP-FPM pool may be temporarily throttled.

4. Backups and Data Loss

While we provide backup folder structures (`/backups`), you are solely responsible for maintaining off-site backups of your files, source code, and databases. We do not guarantee against data loss, server hardware failures, or network disruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro-Lab Web Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the services.
