Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Pro-Lab Web Hosting ("we", "our", "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our hosting panel and server infrastructure.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide better services to our clients, including:
- Account Details: Your name, email address, password hash, role, and registration date.
- Server Telemetry: CPU usage, memory occupancy, and storage volume metrics related to your client websites.
- Audit and Access Logs: We log client panel movements, file actions (upload, rename, delete), active IP addresses, and session activities to prevent hijacking.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provision and manage your tenant directories, databases, and PHP-FPM pools.
- To enforce resource limits and maintain server stability.
- To monitor for security threats, bruteforce attacks, or unauthorized file executions.
- To process billing transactions and generate invoices.
3. Data Retention and Security
All client data is stored securely in sandboxed directories on our VPS. We retain account information and file logs for as long as your account remains active. Access logs are automatically rotated and pruned every 90 days. We use strict Unix group permissions (`chmod 770`) to prevent tenant cross-contamination.
4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal data. Contact our system administrator if you wish to request a copy of your account profile or request account deletion.
